Rechtsrahmen für die Teilnehmer der Langzeitstudie "Pro Immunis"
Das Forschungsprojekt untersucht sozioökonomische Einflussfaktoren auf das menschliche Immunsystem unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des Impfstatus.
Teilnehmer der Gruppe mit möglichst niedrigem Impfstatus und bzw. oder ohne Covid-19-Impfung haben sich zudem dazu verpflichtet, diesen nicht zu verändern. Die Präsidenten und Vorstände der oben aufgeführten Institutionen weisen ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass jede Person oder Institution, die das Forschungsprojekt bzw. den Forschungsteilnehmer in irgendeiner Form gefährdet, rechtlich in die vollumfängliche Haftung genommen und zu Schadenersatz verpflichtet werden kann. Die Zuständigkeiten für den Karteninhaber in diesen Bereichen liegt ausschliesslich im österreichischen Vereinsrecht und dem daraus resultierenden Rechtsraum für die oben angeführten Institutionen und deren Schiedsgerichte.
Zusätzlich verweisen wir auf Artikel 3 des Menschenrechtes (Jeder Mensch hat das Recht auf Leben, Freiheit und Sicherheit) sowie auf den Artikel 2 des Menschenrechtes (Niemand darf diskriminiert werden) sowie deren Regelung im europäischen Raum.
Resolution 2361 des Europarates
Wir verweisen ausserdem auf die Resolution 2361 des Europarates, die unter anderem folgendes besagt:
Die Mitgliedstaaten haben dafür zu sorgen, dass die Bürger darüber informiert werden, dass die Impfung NICHT obligatorisch ist und dass niemand politisch, sozial oder anderweitig unter Druck gesetzt wird, sich impfen zu lassen, wenn er dies nicht selbst tun möchte;

Das Forschungsprojekt ist unabhängig und wird ausschliesslich aus Mittel der Mitglieder finanziert. Damit ist eine Einflussnahme durch Lobbys und Interessensverbände ausgeschlossen.
Legal framework for participants in the
long-term "Pro Immunis" study
The card holder is a participant in the long-term study "Pro Immunis - Factors influencing the human immune system with special regard to vaccination status".
We would like to point out to those reading this document that any obstruction of the research project will be punished under private law. The study participants are members of the Pro-Immunis Association, the jurisdiction lies in the legal area of Association (Verein) Law.
Legal framework for participants in the long-term "Pro Immunis" study
The research project investigates socio-economic factors influencing the human immune system with special reference to vaccination status.
Participants in the group with the lowest possible vaccination status and or without Covid-19 vaccination have also agreed not to change it. The presidents and boards of directors of the institutions listed above expressly state that any person or institution that endangers the research project or research participant in any way may be held legally fully liable and required to pay damages. The responsibilities for the card holder in these areas lie exclusively in Austrian Association (Verein) Law and the resulting jurisdiction for the above mentioned institutions and their arbitration courts.
In addition, we refer to Articles 2 and 5 of the Human Rights Act of 1998 (Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security) and Article 14 of the Human Rights Act of 1998 (No one may be discriminated against) as well as their regulation in the European area.
Resolution 2361 of the Council of Europe
Finally, we refer to Resolution 2361 (Section 7.3) of the Council of Europe, which states, among other things, the following:
Member States shall ensure that citizens are informed that vaccination is NOT compulsory and that no one is politically, socially or otherwise pressured to be vaccinated if they do not wish to do so themselves;

The research project is independent and is financed exclusively from member funds. This excludes any influence by lobbies and interest groups.
